I have just ordered the new Canon flagship product the EOS 7D. It is being delivered tomorrow in US; and then a friend of mine is bringing it to UK next week....Can't wait !Details of the camera here and here and a full blown review here.

I have been running a beta copy of Windows 7 for over 6 months now… and now with the official version released today – I finally have a proper copy. Its a great piece of software, much better than Windows XP with none of the clumsiness of Vista. I also have been using Beta copies of Office 2010, and with Windows 7, its a real neat package. Having said that… its still no match from my Mac

I had the opportunity of visiting a local cultural centre at Udaipur known as 'Shilp Gram' (meaning an artist village). There is an annual festival held each winter; and I was lucky to get in on the first day of the festival itself. Some pictures from the event are posted here.

Old Harry Rocks (on the Dorset coast - also known as the Jurassic Coast) is one of my favourite places. The white cliffs, the blue sea and the lush green grass make for a great day out.Check out the photos here; especially the 15th photo. [talk about नयनों में सजना]

Brighton is touted as the Vegas of South England and it is a true holiday town. It was a great day out especially the look on the faces of DC (yes that is a name), Arti, Kapil & Ekta when they decided to go on the Booster ride. The best air show in the world! The Red Arrows were absolutely fantastic as always. The Blades were a new addition this year, they are a new British team who have just started this year and they look to give the Red Arrows competition. The Airbus A380 too was on show as last time, and it does look very impressive. Anyway, enjoy the complete  album here...

My phone is finally up and running and this post is just a dummy post done directly from the iPhone. The above picture is from my iPhoto albums (which are synchronised between the MacBook & iPhone). We are planning to go to Iceland next week. Surprisingly, it is not that cold a place as it sounds, but cold still. We plan to tour the whole island by car and expect to cover the whole country in about 6 days. I hope to get some decent photos and will post these once we are back.
